Upon receiving your order, your package will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the e-mail address you’ve used to order. If you did not receive your tracking number, please check your spam folder first and then call us on our toll-free number as one of our representative will be more than happy to assist you. Your tracking ID should start with RR and end with TH. To track your order, please enter your tracking ID to the Thailand Post’s Track & Trace system
. You may also use your home country’s postal tracking system, however some nations like Canada and Australia do not show international shipment status. This is not unusual.
Your package should arrive between 14 to 21 business days after your order depending on your geographical location and country’s customs procedures. Please note that during the holiday season orders are often delayed due to bottlenecks that occur with customs on international orders.
